You can just hope that they will change their mind about SFI. There is too many people that join and they are not interested in working they are just courious and they join. If they dont see your first e-mail of support they just dont log into SFI home page. The only thing you can do is hope that they will read the team mail what you keep on sending and change their mind and communicate and start working.
