Great question - we are all, more or less, faced with this 'problem'... nevertheless, IF they don't want to work it's THEIR problem and not MINE.
So, what you should do... simply you just:
*Keep sending team mails weekly,
*Include them in your stream messages,
*Message them individually let's say, once a month on their listed e-mail address as maybe they don't even log in their SFI account,
*Update your SFI leadership page, and your Facebook/Twitter profile with important achievements you or a member of your team accomplished...
All these actions might make the inactive affiliates at least curious and they just might give SFI a 'second chance'.
By all means avoid aggressive, insistent promoting and messaging as this can only be counterproductive...
After all, remember the SFI Rules of Success and always 'Work with the Workers' and eventually admit that 'Some will, some won't... So what?! Someone's waiting! Next!'... Need I say more...?
