i think you should keep them in mind while you work with your active affiliates.

Since you've offered tons of support then you should just retreat for awhile and hope they do become active.

I believe when they have the right concept to SFI, then they'd undefstand what they need to do.
So you should try and explain this tothem.

If that doesn't still work out, then focus on the active ones and just hope for the inactive ones or just leave them in 'worse-case' scenarios.
