I try giving them couple free tcredits or a small gift certificate, if they don't respond I forget about them!!! Seriously there is nothing else you can do! They don't want to be part of SFI or they don't see the potential in SFI! If they have 600 vp or more in 90 days , you can reassign them to someone else, although you might be missing out if He/she becomes active later on!
