Well, I don't think one can do anything with those affiliates who never show up as active in your genealogy even after all your efforts and hard work. You have to leave them as they are and hope one day after receiving your mail will wake up and be back in business as the same case was with me.
I joined SFI and then quit, because in the beginning it's rather difficult to understand it until or unless someone teaches you what SFI is and how one should go about it.
A simple example is the E365 contest, one can never know what that is about in the beginning but later on one realises that he/she missed on it.
So I would say send and send 4 mails in your genealogy during the month and try your level best and GOD will do the REST.
