If I have affiliates that signed up and do nothing, I will not ignore them but rather continue to send messages of encouragement, because I don’t really know the reason behind, why affiliates are not doing anything. Why in the first place, they signed up? Every individual differs; I just can’t generalize what the motivation behind the inactivity.
I can just share my experience with SFI. I joined back in 2002 and it was very difficult to even sponsor an affiliate. Back in my mind, I do know that SFI has its potential to change my life. I logged in once in awhile, but I didn’t understand how I can move up. I was thinking of quitting back in Dec. 2012, when I logged in and saw the big difference of what SFI used to be. I got excited and became active. I amazed at the big changes that SFI has gone through. Within six months of becoming active, I achieve Silver Team Leader.
The message I want to convey here, is that don’t ever, give up. You don’t know, what’s in the mind of every affiliate that signed up under you. As long as they have not opted out, you have the opportunity to continue supporting them by sending those messages of encouragement. Don’t let this situation frustrate you, but focus on your movers. By doing this, you are building your trust and confidence within your team.
Who knows, one day, one or several of your inactive affiliates will become Platinum Leaders!
