It is good to know all your affiliates. They must have believed or respected you in some ways for them to accept the invitation to join SFI.
If some of your affiliates have not done anything despite your constant encouragements, there must be some reasons why they are not doing so. Everybody wants to do well, and there must be some reasons why some people are not doing enough to pursue their own goals. If you know your affiliates well enough, they will somehow inform you or give some hints why they are not responding.
Therefore, it is good to keep on constant communication, not only within SFI, even out of SFI, such as communication with your personal emails & internet social networks.
It is important not to give up on your affiliates, or else they may think that you only communicate with them because you want something from them. But if you treat them like friends, one day, they will respond to you as friends & help you in return. Even if they do not respond themselves maybe because they felt that SFI is not for them, they may introduce their friends or friends’ friends to join SFI under your sponsorship. The more people who come under your sponsorship, the higher the chances, that one of your affiliates will become EA or TL.
One of the benefits in SFI is not only about making money, but also about making friends and building up the team, and at the same enjoying doing this. When you enjoy what you are doing, you will not easily give up.
