Affiliates are of two types: (1)Serious (2) Non-Serious
(1) The Serious Type are those who are motivated and know what they are doing. These Affiliates take the responsibility and earning opportunities very seriously. They are Entrepreneurs in the making. Again there are two segments in this type too (a) & (b).
(a) Confidant and on their own. They know their direction and they don't feel the need to take help from anyone. They simply learn and follow the rule book. They keep pecking continuously.
(b) These are the people they are in a hurry, they want to do everything at the same time. They learn and want to be on fast track. They are the one's who seek out ideas, suggestions and fast paced methods.
**Please note combination type (1)b.
**(1)b: This type are those who can be communicated, they too respond. YOU CAN KEEP THIS TYPE ENGAGED AND CONVERSING ALL THE TIME. THEY ARE TEAM BUILDERS. THEY HELP AND TAKE HELP. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TO BE NURTURED, DEVELOPED AND NEEDED BY EVERY LEADER.
(2) This type are casual, they try things and leave at the first instance of difficulty. They are lazy and routine. They are not motivated and they can't be entrepreneurs. Any amount of goading won't help. They are simply not motivated. 90% of the people are like that. JUST DROP THE IDEA OF FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM.
I. Many people are not habituated to reading & learning. SFI needs learning and duplication. Hence their difficulty in continuing as AFFILIATES.
II. Many people don't have basic requirement of Computer & Internet Connection at home to pursue regularly. These are the people who access net from Internet Public Centers and they are not regular. These register at SFI and are irregular. They forget.
The above two I&II types are difficult to be communicated.
