There are only 4 steps. Make sure to tell them to enter the Win It contest to be able to win prizes.
Then suggest they try doing this for 30 - 60 days as it's free to join. Keep in contact with them and answer any questions they may have. They'll let you know what they think.
If you can used their computer or carry yours, you can show them the website and the compensation plan and have them sign up right then.
If they don't want to decide right away or say they are too busy to talk to you, make a date for another time. I suggest you give them a choice of a couple of dates and times. Don't let them tell you the date or time as this shows you are busy and need to have a time that's best for both of you.
