I try to ask my team questions on a weekly basis. Whether it's sharing some of their own successes or sharing some advertising tips, I always ask questions to try and engage people.
Also, in addition to team mails, I personally email my best movers on a bi-weekly basis. One to one communication is important to make them feel they are being noticed for their hard work.
The last thing I do is try to share internet marketing tips whenever I can. Passing along helpful info to your team is a good way to get them more involved.
