You probably will not be able to get all your affiliates to converse with you. Some people join and then realize they aren't interested and these people aren't likely to want to have a conversation about something they have no interest in, but it doesn't hurt to keep trying.
Look at your Movers. These people are interested and are actively working at earning points.
These are the people who you want to talk with and you will have a much better chance of them wanting to engage with you and learn from you. Look at their goal and start your conversation from there. Be friendly, but not too personal. Ask them to join you on facebook or another method to allow back and forth conversing. Always let them know they can come to you for any reason and you will do your best to help them.
It takes time to get to know people so take it slow and it will happen.
