First, I will send them emails at least weekly encouraging them to email me back if they have questions or if they need assistance.
Second, I will add them to my skype or I will give them my skype name so that they can add me. In that I can chat with them anytime.
Third, always check their status if they are online that's a big opportunity to converse with them.
