There’s no scripted way for me to become get my affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with me, but there are certainly things I can do to make my SFI journey memorable.
1. Providing a welcoming environment and introduction to the SFI.
2. Establishing clear expectations—individually, with the team.
3. Focusing on identifying and developing the required capabilities of PSA’s.
4. Using a range of methods to develop and build capability.
5. Resourcing and following through on individual development plans (lot of products available on TripleClicks).
6. Provide and receive feedback.
7. A clear sense of purpose and direction.
8. An open door communication where affiliates are willing to raise issues and know their views will be taken seriously.
9. Ways to recognize and reward ON SFI leadership page.
10. And at last but not least, don’t lose SFI affiliates just by delaying your response to their queries.
