Stay in touch with your affiliates regularly. Try to engage them, by convincing them about the SFI business and the success they can achieve from joining and by logging into their account daily. Point them in the right direction about new brand products they can also have, while getting those versapoints to move forward with their status. Let them know in the beginning, this is not a get rich quick scheme, and to engage themselves daily to improve their rank towards becoming a Team Leader! The higher the rank, the more money they can make. Recruit people they know to join SFI as well. Communication with your affiliates and your team, is an absolute must. You can't make your affiliates do anything they don't want to do, but trying to show them how simple it is to earn cash here is the best thing you can do, and only hope your affiliates will pay close attention to you, and decide to put forth the effort to make it work as a team. Keep it simple with them and communicate daily with your affiliates. Make sure they can contact you for any information or assistance with a problem they may encounter.
