Try and connect with them through mediums that they can be reachable easily as in social sites like facebook, twitter, etc. Use this mediums to share successful tips and also tell them successful stories about the top leaders in SFI.
Go as far as encouraging them to keep working and always appreciate them whenever they achieve something, either by sending a congratulatory message to them or rewarding them with an incentive just to motivate them to strive for more rewards.
If you can do all this, they will feel your support and embrace you as their sponsor and that will make them to converse with you regularly and look up to your as their sponsor who is always there for them to guide them every step of the way.
