The question that we need to be asking ourselves, is how do we register or create this interest? A lot is dependent on the approach that we take to cultivate this interest and spur them to access their SFI Homepage. We track this through the "Movers" under our SFI Homepage. Establish contact straight away. Once this initial contact is made, we need to maintain it by asking them whether they need any assistance. We need to let them know that we are here for them. We need to tell them that our success is dependent on their participation. At the end of the day we all want to be successful.
