Unfortunately, most of the affiliates that you refer will not remain active in the program with most of them never even earning any VP's. So when you do get one that is a "worker" be sure to keep in contact with them and encourage them.
It's important to have your greeting set up so that as soon as they register it shows they have a message from you. Then, make sure to follow-up with them through chat or e-mail. You can always offer monthly contests for gift certificates, TCredits or PSA's to try to keep them involved. Always be there for support when they have questions or need assistance.
The best thing you can do is make yourself available to your team. Many will not respond, but over time you will form a solid team and all of you will benefit. Good Luck!
