If you want your affiliates to be engaged you must not act as a big boss. Because they are members of your team and you will not succeed in SFI business without them and their help. Try to become close to them.
I may say I am friend with my 1st generation of PSA. But I am available for them always. They can contact me on Facebook, Team Messages, SFI chat, Gtalk, Skype or any other way anytime. Take care of their VP, e365 contest and when ends their current round, calculate their VP at the end of the month and give them suggestions how to make it and get new or renew existing SFI status.
I think this is the only way which will bring you to DUPLICATION. If you do not take care of them you can not expect they are going to work well. And then they will not succeed neither you do.
Take care of all your PSA and esspecialy about your 1st generation and you will build strong team. This is one of the most important ways which leads to succees in SFI business.
