Although duplication is important and one of the best and quickest ways to succeed with SFI, it doesnt mean it is the only way!
The ECA program can generate just as much income for them if they dont feel they know enough people.
Also, I reject the statement that they dont know enough people. We all know someone, its just down to how incentivised we are to refer.
