One of the economic and good way of practice to spent your MRP is by buying back one TCredits pack. Using MRP, currently one TCredit, will cost 126 MRP and giving you back 102 VP. Let say your PSAs already collected 2,000 MRP this month. If he use it to buy that TCredit for the next month, he will get more than 1500 VPs that will qualified him/her to Executive Affiliate rank. The best way to collect MRP, from my opinion is by participating the bidding that reward double MRP.
So it is nice to advice your PSAs to spent your TCredit that will reward the highest MRP, if he want to minimize using his/her own pocket money for the next EA qualification.
