Giving your Affiliate T-Credits is like giving someone a gift. If you are somebody that enjoys giving gifts you certainly are not alone. The reason why you give the gift is important. It can be to show your affiliate how important he/she is to you or it can be to commemorate an event, achievement or a celebration.
But you ask how would it benefit you. My up-line gives me gifts for every effort or progress I make. If I make progress every week I get T-Credits or Gift Certificate. Sometimes I get T-Credits just for keeping in touch. I enjoy the recognition very much. It gives me encouragement to do a bit more. I make the special effort to be patient and follow his directions because I want to make him proud and I recognize that he has my best interests. I ask him questions, I take his advise and I follow the things he does. Plus, I am pleased when he recognizes and rewards my efforts.
He would say that his benefit is not only seeing me motivated to do more but the joy in assisting in giving that motivation. Of course there would be tangible benefits too at the end of each month, when I attain my new level or add a new ECA, PSA or TripleClicks member!
