As the name said the MRP are reward for doing a good job. And as every reward its something good and useful. Explain your PSAs that having more MRPs means they're doing great and than explain what they can do with this points... they can buy products in TripleClicks using MRP instead of money... What can be better for a new affiliate who has $0 in the account and need to purchase something. It means gaining MRP is as important as earning money. So try to earn as much MRP as possible
