In regards to your question "What's the best way to get new affiliates signed up without having to answer a lot of questions first?" there are 2 things you can do.
1. Rather it's paid ad or free ad try and provide as much information as possible without it being to lengthy. However you will still have questions. This leads to tip #2
2. Create a FAQ's document for your PSA's and CSA's and email it to them. Hopefully it will cover most of the questions they will have. Just think of the type of questions you first had when joining SFI. This should help when creating your FAQ document.
However I must add this. Although those are tips to help with answering questions you should never divert from being willing to answer any and all questions. You can't have person(s) sign-up and help to increase your earnings and not do your part. I hope this has helped you in some way.
