From my personal experience, truly interested affiliates are usually the ones that respond in the initial communication via chat or e-mail. These are the people who ask questions and therefore allow you an opening to engage in a productive conversation for both parties. This is a very critical point,thus you got to be friendly,confident and helpful. As you may know, people are naturally suspicious/reluctant at this stage. So you need to show that you care by welcoming, guiding them through and allowing them time to do what they need. The thing is, the more care and passion you show through your work in SFI the more credibility you create within your group. Trust me that is showing. Which means that those inactive ones will start to "move" eventually.Remember:Those who have absolutely no interest don't sign up or opt out in a heartbeat.
