Providing that you are a Team Leader, you can earn money from the VP of EA2's among your PSA's and CSA's. You may help them reach EA or EA2 by giving them TCredits if they need sales VP or to help their down line.
Demonstrating support and willingness to reward hard work is a boost to them that they may duplicate to others.
Also TCredits are useful in promoting the /go Gateway that gives a "free listing" for PRM's. From a PRM your PSA or CSA will get all the VP the PRM generates.
Used with moderation and good judgment giving TCredits will earn you money and build your business.
