* You can transfer TCredits in the middle of an auction (That's what my Sponsor did once!) It would mean the world to your PSA or CSA and you would get an eager team member. + if they win something, they will have to buy it and get some VP for it. And then there's the review. So, as a Team Leader, you get all those matching VPs.
+ If you feel uncertain, you needn't transfer Tcredits at all. Luckily,there is T-time now, so one can win T-credits they need. And if your team members are much less lucky than you (but still hardworking and valuable to the team), you will not lose anything by giving them on, as you got them for free, and they are an investment into a motivated team.
