Everyone knows that one of the usage of TCredits is to promote activity to your team (PSA's and CSA's) by transfering some TCredits to them as incentives for taking actions and as rewards for reaching goals, you are motivating them. You can trasfer TCredits at SFI Genealogy.
Now for your benefits you and your team should understand the Compensation Plan (https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan), most especially the TripleClicks Executive Pool, Co-Sponsor Commissions and TCredit Bonus. For affiliates achieving EA2 they receive 10 TCredits, for Teamleaders they will receive 12 TCredits = BTL ; 14 TCredits = STL ; 16 TCredits = GTL and 20 TCredits = PTL . If they maintain EA status they will retain any CSA's assigned to them.
