If you wish to be an awesome sponsor, one of the things you have to do is to support your PSAs/CSAs to the best of your ability.
New affiliates need your support in the form of encouragement, advice and explanation of the various strategies they have to adopt in order to prosper in this business. While most of them may not even care to log in everyday, there could be some who continue to follow your advice and keep accumulating VP day after day. Out of these, a small percentage of affiliates might reach the EA status in the first few days and demonstrate their hunger to advance in the SFI ranks, but might not have the dough to invest and gain valuable VP.
In such cases, if you are of the opinion that the transferring of some TCredits may help them establish themselves in SFI and advance in their rank to EA2 or even BTL, you may offer the required help. In my case, my sponsor had thought of transferring as many as 100 TCredits to me so that I could get to the BTL level. Of course, it was not required, as I managed the whole thing on my own.
The bottomline in offering Tcredits to your down-line is that it is all in your interest if they advance, as your income is augmented in the process.
When you support your EAs/ BTLs /STLs and others in your downline, you will also gain VP, income, and reputation as an awesome sponsor.
