Hi, this is realy great question. I can tell you when and why am I doing it (transfering TCredits to my PSAs and CSAs) , and when and why you should (and of course, everyone who wants it, and find it helpfull).
When I transfer my TCredits to my members?
I have a rulle, if somebody in my team (PSAs only, for now) is qualified as EA2, I award that person with 10 TCredits, so then that person feel that he/she is not just Affiliate who just got few new CSAs from SFI, and 10 TCredits in next month from SFI also, that he/she is person who works in a team and that team has lider (no matter of status, but of behavior with team members) who also can and will award his members who are workers.
Also, when I see that somebody wants to know more about auctions, and don't feel ready to invest money yet for TCredits, I send 2 TCredits, so that person can see where is BID NOW button, and even if that person don't want to buy more TCredits-now is ready to explain new TC members about bidding and everything about it.
Next, I also give TCredits to my PSAs if and only if they come to me and say "I am 99 VP short for maintaining EA status, I have 78 MRPs and I don't know what should I do", so I give him/her 5 TCredits (in this case) and another 5 when comfirm status. (126 MRPs to buy 1 TCredit=102 VP)
Also, when I see PSA who wants to give up on SFI, I always say "Don't give up, leave your account active, so when you fix your personal problems, you can come back" so when that kind of a person is realy back, first time when I see him/her logged in again, I send few TCredits, just for "welcome back".
It is gain-gain situation.
So, I realy think that in every situation you (and everyone else) should find his/her own way to give that something, just to keep team moving forward. Somebody sends money, I send TCredits, but result is the same, you give something yours, to show that you appreciate your members who realy want to work, and you as sponsor should be there for them, to help and to reward them for their hard work.
