It's really hard to say who would be interested in work, who will get commitment and do the best he/she can. First of all, you, as a Sponsor, need to lead by example and offer your help, show them important links where they can read about SFI and how to work. After that it's all up to them. Either they will recognize this perfect job opportunity or they won't!
