From my own personal experience, the most active PSAs come from 'warm marketing' which is our immediate family & close friends. Why? Because these people usually trust us, know us & can be persuaded easily compares to a complete strangers. Why we bother to approach the complete strangers if we still have friends & family that we can approach too... Right or not?
Ok, now you have the basic... get PSAs from your surrounding first, before move to the others.
After that, you can try to join any club or program that focusing on Internet Income/Home-based Business/Online Affiliate or anything that related to SFI. There you can promote SFI, for sure other people who participate in the same club will be interested. Which they are also might be looking for the best program available. Therefore you can promote SFI with higher chances to get PSAs rather than promoting on the street.
If you want to target the global PSAs, then you should try to participate in any forum which related to Internet Business as above. Promote your link there, also it will greatly helps if you have you own website which you can describe all about SFI there.
OK, now you should get PSAs who are truly interested in SFI.... Now, how to make them remain active??
That's our responsibility as their sponsor, we need to always support them, ask them how is it going? Offer any helps that we can, offer some rewards for their effort. Be an awesome sponsor. Try to make them understand the real benefit with SFI. Getting started is the hardest part in any business, no exception with SFI. Therefore we need to make sure our affiliate will always motivated, never give up halfway. There are many PSAs out there who choose to quit SFI because the sponsor doesn't gives enough support.
So as summary... Find targeted prospect & focus more in developing them.. It's better to have 5 active PSAs than 100 inactive one..
