Local Artists, Mom&Pop Shops are a good way to start.
I've tried started selling other peoples products as ECA,
then showed them the process, ordered the brochures which I
then distribute with the Gift Card and encourage them to
try it their own way.
Too early though yet to tell how successful it will be.
