Put as many links online as you can. Sponsor people thtough these because the people who will respond from a web link usually have shown an interest for the simple reason they clicked your link.
Even when I am talking to people in person, I tell them that once they register on the site and have a first hand look at it then we can talk some more and I'll cover any questions and concerns at that point. This way they are a little distracted about wanting to get all the info first. Giving out too much information ahead of time is not a good idea because the person will not know how to process the information correctly in their brain. Keep is short and simple and get them to register with the assurance you will be there to help them after they have at least looked at the system.
