Point"1" Versa points are for how your RANK is achieved
Point "2" You could tell them that they are a reward,for the Sales and Actions that they do,just by doing the To Do List Daily they receive 1 vp{reward point} per action
The more Sales or Actions the more Vp Points {Rewards} they will recieve
