I have done this very thing and you can get a rather cheap site at like Homestead.com, Web.com, or 1n1.com. Once you create your site you can get very cheap hosting to post it on sites with traffic.
Post pics from the E-card section, items from Tripleclicks and Wave3, videos from YouTube (but be careful they aren't advertising someone's site), and you can post a blog about yourself and your experience to make it more personal. The key is to make it simple, but to the point. No more than 1-2 pages. First page should intrigue your audience, usually with video or presentation.
Advertise the site on several places to ensure it gets decent traffic. Facebook marketplace is a good one, but don't ad SFI or you will be blocked or denied. You can also use tinyurl if you need to change the name. Gybo.com is great for advertising on Google. Find as many FREE advertising sites as possible and share your new link.
It's usually easy step by step process to create and play with features making your own site. I sure have fun with it and hope you do too!
