When it comes to the VersaPoints, I have simply explained to each of my affiliates that the VP's are similar to getting a "promotion" in a traditional job. Just as a promotion puts you into a higher "paygrade," so does the VP in this business. It doesn't mean that you WILL earn more, but it does put you into a better position to be a higher earner.
