Versa Points (VP's) are SFI's virtual points system which relate to your earnings in the marketing plan. The more points you earn, the larger your percentage of commissions.
1) There are two types of Versa Points, Action VP and Sales VP.
You can earn Action VP's by performing free daily, weekly and monthly tasks in your back office, such as completing the red tabs or Launchpad training.
Sales VP are earned when you buy or sell something at TripleClicks.
2) You need to maintain 1500 VP each month to qualify for commissions from your downline or to receive PSA's (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) or CSA's (Co-Sponsored Affiliates)
However, initially I would get the affiliate to complete their Launchpad traing first. This will give them a good foundation before you clarify how the system works.
