It is always good to keep in mind, when someone is a newcomer to keep it simple. When new affiliates joined in our team, I send a welcome greeting telling them to begin with SFI BASICS. The first step says “Start earning money by accumulating VersaPoints”.
I simply asked them to log in daily to accumulate VersaPoints. For each action they have completed on their To-Do List, they will be awarded points, which correspond to the action performed. I’ll explained to them that they should accumulate 1500 VersaPoints to be able to participate and receive a share in the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
When becoming a Team Leader, which requires a combination of Sales VP and Action VP, I mentioned to them the benefits of Versapoints Matching and that they need to look at their SCOREBOARD to get more understanding how VersaPoints are used. They can sell or buy products from TripleClicks to earn corresponding Sales VP.
