One of the first things to remember when engaged in a business
like SFI is that many people are attracted here because there is
no upfront cost to join.
Also remember that many of the people who come here are looking
for the easy way out - to make big money with little or no effort
on their part. They may jump in and pile up VP and make a big
splash, but often those same people disappear when the real
work has to be done. They didn't come to SFI to build a buisiness.
They came to hopefully grab some quick money and then run.
I would rather have people on my team who are not afraid to do
the hard work day after day and who make up their mind they
will make SFI work for them. These are the people you can teach
about duplication. They will listen and do the same things you
are doing to grow their business.
Duplication requires leadership. The workers on your team will
follow your leadership. They will run ads, talk to people about
SFI and do their daily tasks. They will find new people to join
their team just like you do.
