I am assuming that by success we mean maintaining EA status each month and building a strong team. Those who are determined to succeed usually do. So, whenever that success comes really does not matter. How successful you are depends on you. Your determination is your motivation and therefore you will do anything in your power to progress. So, the people who are successful never give up.
In SFI it takes a willingness to work. Some immediately recognize that duplication is the key to success and so they apply the SFI formula. The rules for success never changes – determination, persistence and hard work. Whenever the formula is applied, it works.
For those who took many years, they took longer to apply the formula. Their determination level was not high. Of course, it could have been for reasons beyond their control but when they realize what must be done, the change will result in success. As leaders we can only continue to encourage everyone to apply the knowledge and persistence and to be determined to run the course.
Look on the positive side when members in your team become successful at different levels. It means that there will always be something to celebrate. Ensure you are always there to give support and celebrate with them.
