For any of your people when you're talking to them, mention where they live. If you know the area, tell them and asked them how they like it and what you thought of it. Get on a one-on-one basis with them.

Make sure that they know that you buy things on TripleClicks, that you use the auction, they can have it ECA store, etc. but most importantly let them know that your happy that they are on your team and that you are here for them at any time.
