Duplication is the most important factor in creating wealth with SFI. Therefore affiliates must become aware of this in their initial stage of joining SFI. The person responsible for ensuring that this is done is the Team Leader.
It is not to be assumed that they already know. After explaining the duplication process and its importance inform the affiliate that they do not need to sponsor hundreds of people to be successful. Once you have five good persons you can work with that and be successful. The emphasis should be on quality rather than quantity.
First, check the profile of each affiliate to identify your most serious workers. Observe their strengths and work with them anyway you can. You might observe that some have leadership skills, some experience in marketing and some state that duplications is the area that will prove to be most difficult for them. Work with each one and gradually get them active. Then you can encourage them to work together as a team.
Organize competitions. For the most timid ones, encourage warm advertising at first, then move on to social advertising like, face book, twitter, etc. Furnish them with free advertising sites and even help them to word it nicely. Give reward for actions, consistency and progress. When they see how you work with them patiently, they will transfer this same care to the new affiliates and the CSAs they are given to take care of.
This is a nurturing process and we must be patient with them. Constantly keep reminding them that success will come if they don’t give up and always let them know that you are behind them one hundred percent.
