Hi how do you get your downline to focus on duplication ?
First i think you should get your team to understand the term of duplication. Get them to know what is PSA or CSA? Explain your team that when they are building their team of PSAs and CSAs they need pass on their knowledge and understanding to these people about how to be successful at SFI. So your downline will follow your leads and will duplicate almost exactly the same things you did to be successful. This is call DUPLICATION.
Once they have understand the concept now show them the benefit of duplication.
