What I think or do is ,I focus on my own growth and in the mean time I always make myself available to my team members.

All my active members are added to my FB and we have a separate group where I highlight my and my members achievements.

This works for me and my less active members are pumped up. They them self come to me ,rearing to go and achieve what others are able to achieve.

That's the time ,I ask them to get more focused on there business and importance of duplication.

Being an achiever works to get more achievers in your team. That's why focusing on self growth is most important.
