This all comes down to dedication and knowledge. It's hard to get people motivated when they don't see the immediate results. Unfortunately, we live in a day and age where we expect our food fast, our service fast, and we expect to get rich quick. However, as we know, anything worth having is worth working for.
I know that I started just five days ago and I measure some success by the number of affiliates I have been able to generate (134 and counting) I may not see an immediate income monetarily, but I see the opportunity for the income to roll in! We just have to figure out how we are measuring our successes. I think most people that measure it by looking at their commission may be cheating themselves out of the opportunities this site offers and I might dare to say that if you have affiliates that are wondering when they are going to make an income, that they wont be here very long. I dare to say that you should invest yourself in the people that are concerned with building up a team! The ones that know this is commission based and have to do work. Some of us are willing to do more work than others..
I guess my answer to the question would be: Some of us are willing to work harder than others. Some may be lacking in the technology category too... they may not know how to market over the internet... I know I struggle with that.
