First, we have to be a role model, if you tell your affiliates that you should work on sponsoring to grow your down line, they must see it in you too, like having S builders to grow your affiliates or seeing you winning or bidding for CSA or PSA in the auctions. It is walking the talk. Action speaks louder than words as the saying goes. Secondly, you must be supportive as much as you can to your down line, if they email you for help, answer it as fast as you could. In that way, they will also be supportive of your goal.
