You can't get your down line to do anything that they have not purposed in their mind to do. So to explain the importance of duplication, give them concrete facts and figures. For example, the direct commission on a 200Pk of TCredits is 9.96. So if you get 10 PRMs who commit to purchase a 200Pk each you will earn $99.60. There is no grey area here. It is simple mathematics.
Thus, if you want to earn $1000.00 each month, one way to do this without fail is to sell 100 200Pk of TCredits. Is this possible? Absolutely! Is it likely? The odds are not in your favor and I will tell you why. Based on my experience 2% of my PSAs have a SO. Let's say that you have 1000 PSAs. At 2% that's 20 that have a SO. Statistically speaking then, I need 5 times as many PSAs to have 100 active orders. That's 5000 PSAs! Now if you recruit PSAs at a rate of at a rate of 30 per month which is better than most, it still would take you over 10 years to recruit 5000 PSAs. Sadly, most PSAs don't stick around 1 month much less 10 years!
What if we used paid advertising? Again based on my experience, I recruited over 200 PSAs in 1 day . . . but at a cost of around $250. 5 of those successful runs would cost me more that $1000.00 so it would be unpractical to spend more than I would make. You would need to recruit like that for less than .25 per acquisition to even think about breaking even. Is that possible? Yes but again not likely.
In conclusions just present the facts and let folks make their own mind about duplication. If you do, more people will follow the math more often than not!
