When an affiliate first joins, you use your welcome message to refer him/her to, "The Essence of SFI," Basics and Launchpad. You then must be sure that you are duplicating as well, so that affiliates can see, from your badges and your Leadership Page, that you are duplicating. SFI has provided all the tools for learning how to work this business. Keep referring to those tools and use your weekly letters and your Stream Posts to explain what is written, when necessary. Encourage, but never threaten or force. Just show them with your actions and explain to them how to use the tools if they get confused. It all works.
