There are no two people in the world; everyone is unique. Because of this, and because each person has skills and talents that are also unique, peple make progress at different speeds. Just as people grow physically and mentally at different rates, depending on environmental, genetic and many other factors, the same is true for those progressing in SFI. Some have many resources, others do not have many, or think they don't. Some have special talents and some have learned already through prior experience. Some learn very quickly, while others must take time to absorb information and understand it.
We have to learn to be patient with those who are slower in learning or who perhaps have language barriers. I know, because I have to struggle with impatience and language barriers. So, if I'm still learning how to deal with people and I'm still learning new things, that means we all should be, because we all are human and must deal with our humanity.
