Setting goals has always been a part of you. You know best how you set goals for yourself and how much you can achieve in a given time-period. It's always good is someone pushes and supports you a bit - that are the times you surprise not only everyone else, but even yourself.
My opinion on goals is actually really simple. NEVER set the goals to high, but also never lack of imagination. Take a step at a time and set the first-months goals a bit unrealistic. If you do that, the next month you'll see how far apart of what you had in mind and what is possible you are.
Know yourself! Always be optimistic, but never be naive. If you think you can handle recruiting and supporting 10 EA's each month, then go for it. Don't let anyone stop you! No one is unable to find team members. There's always at least a 100 people that think alike you. Always be yourself and let other people see it.
Take random life situations in account. What can YOU expect of yourself if someone gives you a task and a deadline? How fast can you react upon your own beliefs and expectations and how much are you willing to sacrifice to achieve this goal.
It's always a struggle inside of you that keeps you going and YOU are the one that decides which side of you is going to take the lead.
I'm sure you will find it out by yourself pretty soon and you look like a winner to me!
Go for it and do your best. Setting goals is an essential, but easy part of this job. Rely on yourself, but trust in your down line and every goal you ever set is going to be just a small hurdle for you! :)
